Description
One of the essential elements of the mechanism of the time needed to fall asleep is melatonin, a hormone produced naturally by the pineal gland in the dark.

Melatonin synthesis begins in the absence of light, reaches a peak between 2 and 4 in the morning and then decreases during the second half of the night to prepare for waking up. Chronobiane LP 1.9 mg is composed of prolonged-release melatonin, which helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep.
Composition
Bulking agents: calcium phosphates and microcrystalline cellulose, Andansonia digitata baobab powder (pulp), thickeners: sodium alginate and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, Bambusa bambos L. Voss bamboo powder (exudate), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, colorants: spirulina and apple concentrate and lemon and safflower concentrate, melatonin.
