Absolute brilliant service from start to finish. The website is easy to negotiate, the prices are fantastic and they deliver in a few days. They keep you updated at every stage. I was a bit pessimistic at first, wondering if the products were legit but I needn’t have worried, everything is first class. I was even sent a beautiful free gift! I won’t shop anywhere else now.

Again, i can only award 4.5 but the customer service is worth 10 out of 5!! I had an issue on delivery, i emailed on the Sunday, got a response on the Monday and all sorted by Wednesday. The sign of a great customer service focussed organisation is how they handle things when there's an issue and I can't fault them.
