Description

One of the essential elements of the mechanism of the time needed to fall asleep is melatonin, a hormone produced naturally by the pineal gland in the dark.

By secreting melatonin, the pineal gland informs the brain that it is dark and time to sleep.

Melatonin synthesis begins in the absence of light, reaches a peak between 2 and 4 in the morning and then decreases during the second half of the night to prepare for waking up. In some individuals, this message does not work correctly and results in difficulties with drowsiness or lag in sleep moments.

Chronobiane LP 1.9 mg is composed of prolonged-release melatonin, which helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep.

Composition

Bulking agents: calcium phosphates and microcrystalline cellulose, Andansonia digitata baobab powder (pulp), thickeners: sodium alginate and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, Bambusa bambos L. Voss bamboo powder (exudate), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, colorants: spirulina and apple concentrate and lemon and safflower concentrate, melatonin.

1 tablet a day, to be taken with a large glass of water, at bedtime.
