Instructions for Use: 1. Fill the reservoir with lukewarm water. You can add mouthwash for added benefit (optional, follow mouthwash instructions for dilution). 2. Attach the desired tip to the handle. 3. Turn the pressure control dial to the lowest setting before turning the unit on. 4. Lean over the sink and place the tip in your mouth before turning the unit on. 5. Turn the unit on. 6. Close your lips slightly to avoid splashing while allowing water to flow from your mouth into the sink. 7. Aim the tip at the gumline and between teeth. 8. Starting with the back teeth, trace the gumline and pause briefly between teeth. 9. Continue until you have cleaned the inside and outside of both upper and lower arches. 10. Turn unit off and remove the tip when finished. Emptying the Reservoir: After each use, empty any remaining water from the reservoir. Remove the reservoir from the unit and rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry.
Recommended Frequency: Use once daily for optimal results.
Additional Tips: For best results, use after brushing and flossing. Start with the lowest pressure setting and gradually increase as needed. Replace the tip every 3 months. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use and consult your dentist.
