Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Tilt your head slightly to the side. 4. Carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the nozzle briefly to deliver a spray of solution. 6. Let any excess solution drain out, then gently blow your nose. 7. Repeat steps 3-6 for the other nostril. 8. Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use 2 to 6 times per day in each nostril, as needed. For optimal results, use regularly during periods of nasal congestion.
Additional Tips: For adults and children over 2 years old.
For hygienic reasons, each person should have their own bottle.
