Sterimar Congestion 100 ml is the solution for those suffering from a cold, sinusitis or rhinitis. This product offers a moisturising effect and the possibility of reducing mucus and congestion in the nasal passages. Its composition, based on 100% natural seawater, provides a moisturising and refreshing sensation. It contains a micro-diffuser to facilitate spraying. In addition, it is rich in sea minerals recognised for their therapeutic properties, and enriched with copper salt.

Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Tilt your head slightly to the side. 4. Carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the nozzle briefly to deliver a spray of solution. 6. Let any excess solution drain out, then gently blow your nose. 7. Repeat steps 3-6 for the other nostril. 8. Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use and replace the protective cap.

Recommended Frequency: Use 2 to 6 times per day in each nostril, as needed. For optimal results, use regularly during periods of nasal congestion.

Additional Tips: For adults and children over 2 years old.
For hygienic reasons, each person should have their own bottle.
Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist or worsen after a few days.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
