GLS : I apologise to the delivery guy, something happened with our intercoms so he couldn't hear me talking, went to collect at door and he explained he didn't have a phone number for me. I didn't get a chance to say I dunno why our intercoms not working (should have been able to buzz him into the building). Thank him for me for waiting for me to answer main door, I appreciate it.
