Instructions for Use: 1. Loosen all straps. 2. Position the brace so the heel is centered in the heel pocket. The figure-8 straps should be on the outside of the ankle. 3. Secure the main strap under the foot and attach to the top of the brace. Do not overtighten. 4. Bring the lower figure-8 strap behind the heel, across the ankle and attach it to the brace. 5. Bring the upper figure-8 strap across the front of the ankle and attach it to the brace. Adjust straps as needed for comfortable support. Do not overtighten.
Recommended Frequency: Wear as needed to provide support and stability to a weak, sore or injured ankle. It can be worn during daily activities and sports. Consult a doctor or physical therapist for specific recommendations regarding your individual needs.
Additional Tips: Ensure the brace fits snugly but does not restrict circulation. If you experience any pain, numbness, or discoloration, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. This brace can be worn on either the left or right ankle. Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Air dry. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
