Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards with your other hand. 4. Insert the rolled earplug into the ear canal, pushing it in just far enough to create a comfortable seal. Do not push it too deeply. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds to allow it to expand and fully seal the ear canal. 6. Repeat the process for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently pull on the earplug while wiggling it slightly to break the seal.

Recommended Frequency: These earplugs can be used as needed for noise reduction, sleep assistance, or concentration. They are reusable and can be worn for extended periods, but it's recommended to take breaks to allow your ears to breathe. Do not wear continuously for more than 8 hours.
