They protect the ear against excessive industrial noise, offering excellent attenuation. Ideal for people who suffer from insomnia or who cannot fall asleep, as well as for students or for those activities where maximum concentration is required. They reduce the risk of water penetration in the ear during bathing or water sports (do not use for scuba diving).

Instructions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Roll the earplug between your thumb and forefinger to compress it into a small cylinder. 3. Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards with your other hand. 4. Insert the rolled earplug into the ear canal, pushing it in just far enough to create a comfortable seal. Do not push it too deeply. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds to allow it to expand and fully seal the ear canal. 6. Repeat the process for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently pull on the earplug while wiggling it slightly to break the seal.


Recommended Frequency: These earplugs can be used as needed for noise reduction, sleep assistance, or concentration. They are reusable and can be worn for extended periods, but it's recommended to take breaks to allow your ears to breathe. Do not wear continuously for more than 8 hours.


Additional Tips: For Noise Reduction: Ensure a proper seal for maximum attenuation. For Sleep: Experiment with different positions to find the most comfortable fit. For Water Activities: While these earplugs can help reduce water penetration during bathing or swimming, they are not suitable for scuba diving or deep-water activities. Clean the earplugs regularly with mild soap and water and allow them to air dry completely before storing. Replace the earplugs if they become damaged or lose their elasticity.
