Insert the rolled earplug into the ear canal, pressing it gently until it forms a comfortable seal. Do not push the earplug too deep. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently pull on the outer edge of the earplug.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for activities such as bathing, swimming, attending loud events, or studying. Do not wear earplugs for extended periods (longer than 8 hours) without breaks.
