Directions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove one earplug from the packaging. 3. Gently roll the earplug between your fingers to soften it and shape it into a small cylinder. 4. Tilt your head slightly and gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards. 5. Insert the rolled earplug into the ear canal, pressing it gently until it forms a comfortable seal. Do not push the earplug too deep. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently pull on the outer edge of the earplug.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for activities such as bathing, swimming, attending loud events, or studying. Do not wear earplugs for extended periods (longer than 8 hours) without breaks.
Additional Tips: Do not use if you have an ear infection or any other ear condition. Consult a doctor if you experience any discomfort or pain. Discard earplugs after each use. Store unused earplugs in a cool, dry place. Proper fit is essential for optimal performance.
