Directions for Use: 1. Open one of the ARKOPHARMA Olfae Kit essential oil bottles. 2. Hold the bottle approximately 10cm (4 inches) away from your nose. 3. Close your eyes and gently inhale the aroma for 5-10 seconds, focusing on the scent. 4. Repeat this process with the same essential oil for a total of 5 inhalations. 5.
