Feminabiane Spm (Female Cycle) of Pileje is a food supplement, it provides borage and evening primrose oils, rich in GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). Feminabiane SPM is composed of: > Tryptophan; > Borage and evening primrose oils. Borage is a plant from Syria, today cultivated in southern and central Europe. Evening primrose is a herbaceous plant from North America. Evening primrose and borage seeds contain gamma linolenic acid (GLA), a fatty acid in the omega 6 family. It contributes to attenuate the discomforts of the premenstrual syndrome and also favors the flexibility and elasticity of the skin and helps to maintain hydration of the skin and mucosa. 4 capsules a day, for 10 days per month in the second half of the female cycle.
