Feminabiane Spm (Female Cycle) of Pileje is a food supplement, it provides borage and evening primrose oils, rich in GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). Feminabiane SPM is composed of: > Tryptophan; > Borage and evening primrose oils. Borage is a plant from Syria, today cultivated in southern and central Europe. Evening primrose is a herbaceous plant from North America. Evening primrose and borage seeds contain gamma linolenic acid (GLA), a fatty acid in the omega 6 family. It contributes to attenuate the discomforts of the premenstrual syndrome and also favors the flexibility and elasticity of the skin and helps to maintain hydration of the skin and mucosa. 4 capsules a day, for 10 days per month in the second half of the female cycle. Complementation of 40 days (4 months), to renew. Store in a cool, dry place. Not recommended in pregnant women, people who are being treated with antidepressants or who suffer from kidney failure.

Directions for Use: 1. Take four (4) capsules daily.
2. Take the capsules with a full glass of water.
3. Consume the capsules during the second half of your menstrual cycle.
4. Start taking the capsules 10 days before the expected start of your period.


Recommended Frequency: Use for 10 consecutive days each month during the second half of your menstrual cycle.
Repeat this cycle for 4 consecutive months (40 days total supplementation) for optimal results.
After the initial 4 months, you may repeat the cycle as needed.


Additional Tips: 1. Store the capsules in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
2. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
3. This product is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals being treated with antidepressants, or those suffering from kidney failure.
