ESI Melatonin Pura Retard 1.9 mg is useful to promote a physiological rest. Indicated for those who have difficulty falling asleep and maintaining it throughout the night and for those who wish to regulate the sleep-wake rhythm. Mode of use
Take 1 microtableta a day with plenty of water, preferably one hour before bedtime.
