How to use
Ingredients
A product based on lime blossom, a medicinal plant with a characteristic aroma and pleasant flavour that can promote rest and tranquillity. Hypnotic and sedative.
Infusions are made by pouring a spoonful or 1-2 filters into a cup to which boiling water is added. Leave to steep for 5 minutes, covering the cup to prevent the loss of volatile compounds. It can then be sweetened with sugar, artificial sweeteners or honey.
