Santiveri Vegetable Broth is a preparation based on dehydrated vegetables (onion, leek, carrot, tomato, cabbage, parsley). It is used to prepare vegetable consommés, vegetable soups, as well as flavouring for various culinary dishes (stews, purées, pastas, paellas, vegetables, sauces).
It is based on non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, salt, soy protein and yeast extracts, corn starch, sugar, flavourings, vegetables: celery, tomato, onion, leek, carrot, spices, turmeric and rosemary extract.

Directions for Use: 1. For Vegetable Broth: Dissolve 20g (approximately 4 teaspoons) of Santiveri Organic Vegetable Broth in 1 litre of boiling water. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes. 2. For Soups: Add the desired amount of Santiveri Organic Vegetable Broth to your soup recipe during cooking to enhance the flavour. Start with 1-2 teaspoons per serving and adjust to taste. 3.
