Directions for Use: 1. Take one capsule with a little water 20 minutes before your main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
2. For acute migraine attacks, take two capsules at once with water.
3. Each capsule contains micro-pellets that can be opened. If you wish to avoid caffeine, carefully open the capsule and remove the brown pellet containing caffeine before taking.
4. Swallow the remaining pellets whole with water. Do not chew or crush the pellets.
