How to use
"Take one teaspoon per cup, infused in boiling water.

Directions for Use:
As an Infusion:
1. Boil one cup of water. 2. Add one teaspoon of Milvus Eucalyptus Tisane to the boiling water. 3. Steep for ten minutes. 4. Filter the infusion before drinking. As a Steam Bath:
1. Boil a pot of water. 2. Add a few tablespoons of Milvus Eucalyptus Tisane to the boiling water. 3. Remove from heat and carefully lean over the pot, covering your head and the pot with a towel to trap the steam. 4. Inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes, keeping your eyes closed to avoid irritation. Caution: Keep a safe distance from the boiling water to prevent burns.
Recommended Frequency:
As an Infusion: Two to three cups a day.
As a Steam Bath: Use as needed, up to twice daily.
Additional Tips:
For optimal results, use freshly boiled water for both infusion and steam inhalation.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
