For water bath heating, place the jar in a pan of simmering water, ensuring the water level does not exceed the jar's lid. Heat until the desired temperature is reached.
Do not boil the product.3. Stir well with a spoon to ensure an even temperature and consistency.4. Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding to your baby. The food should be lukewarm, not hot.
