Directions for Use: 1. Place one Milvus Chamomile Sieve filter in a cup. 2. Pour boiling water (approximately 200ml) over the filter. 3. Allow the chamomile to steep for 5-7 minutes. 4. Remove the filter and enjoy your chamomile tea.
Recommended Frequency: Enjoy 1-3 cups of chamomile tea daily, especially after meals.
Additional Tips: For a stronger infusion, allow the filter to steep for a longer period.
For a milder infusion, reduce the steeping time.
