Vitanatur Simbiotics G is a combination of prebiotics, probiotics and B-group vitamins that helps maintain the balance of the intestinal flora. The probiotics create a barrier effect in the intestine that enhances the immune defences, the prebiotics stimulate the proliferation of the intestinal flora in a selectively beneficial way that together with the B-group vitamins and the mineral mixture help to stabilize the bacteria and increase the bacterial biological activity. Vitanatur Simbiotics is a food supplement that helps regulate transit and intestinal flora. It is recommended to take a daily sachet dissolved in water at room temperature for 14 days, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or at the last moment before going to bed (at least 2 hours after dinner). Let the contents of the sachet dissolve in water for 1 minute before ingestion to allow the bacteria to reactivate and facilitate their subsequent fixation on the intestinal walls. Once taken, do not eat any food until after 10 minutes. After 14 days, take one sachet a week to continue providing the intestinal flora with its own probiotics.
