Hold the bottle upright and spray evenly over all exposed areas of the face and body, keeping a distance of approximately 6 inches. 4. Do not spray directly onto the face. Great product. I was looking for a Yuka approved body sunscreen in a spray. I was hoping this would be a more aerosol type of spray and it's not. It squirts a thin lotion that rubs in easily and invisibly. I'm very happy with it.
