Directions for Use:

1. Brush and floss your teeth gently before application. 2. Remove one pre-filled tray from the packaging. Do not rinse the tray.
3. Place the tray in your mouth, ensuring it fits snugly against your teeth. The larger tray is for the upper teeth and the smaller tray is for the lower teeth. 4. Wear the tray for the recommended time, typically 20-30 minutes. Do not exceed the recommended time.
5. After the application time, remove the tray and discard it. Do not reuse the trays.
6. Rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining gel.

Recommended Frequency:

For optimal results, use one tray per day for 5 consecutive days. You can repeat the treatment after a break, as needed, or as directed by your dental professional. For maintenance, use one tray once or twice a week.

Additional Tips:

1. Avoid eating or drinking staining foods and beverages (such as coffee, tea, red wine, and dark berries) for at least 30 minutes after treatment.
