Directions for Use:
Vitis Anti-Cavity Toothpaste: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Vitis Anti-Cavity Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush all tooth surfaces thoroughly for at least two minutes, using gentle circular motions. 3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Vitis Anti-Cavity Mouthwash: 1. After brushing with Vitis Anti-Cavity Toothpaste, measure out 15ml of Vitis Anti-Cavity Mouthwash. 2. Rinse your mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas of your mouth. 3. Do not swallow the mouthwash. 4. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing. 5. Do not rinse with water after using the mouthwash to allow the active ingredients to continue working.
Recommended Frequency:
Use both the Vitis Anti-Cavity Toothpaste and Mouthwash twice daily, preferably in the morning and evening after meals, for optimal results.
