Directions for Use:

1. Brush your teeth gently before applying the trays. 2. Remove one pre-filled tray from the packaging. 3. Carefully place the tray over your upper teeth, ensuring a comfortable fit. 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for your lower teeth with a second tray. 5. Wear both trays simultaneously for 20 minutes.
6. After 20 minutes, remove and discard the trays. 7. Rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining gel.

Recommended Frequency:

For optimal whitening results, use one set of trays daily for 5 consecutive days. You can repeat this treatment after a few months if needed.

Additional Tips:
