Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Gum™ Hydral Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Gently brush your teeth and gums for at least two minutes, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned. 3. Spit out the excess toothpaste.
