Ensure it is securely attached. 4. Wet the bristles of the brush head with water. 5. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush head. 6. Place the brush head against your teeth and along the gumline. 7. Turn on your Oral-B electric toothbrush. 8. Gently move the brush head along the surfaces of your teeth, spending approximately two minutes brushing. Divide your mouth into quadrants and spend 30 seconds on each quadrant. 9.
