Gum Travel Kit

Directions for Use:

1. Toothbrush: Wet the toothbrush and apply a pea-sized amount of the Gingidex toothpaste.
2. Brush your teeth for two minutes, using gentle, circular motions. Pay attention to all tooth surfaces, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 3. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 4. Rinse the toothbrush and store it in the travel case.

5. Floss: Tear off approximately 18 inches of GUM Expanding Floss.
6. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a one- to two-inch section between them. 7. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Avoid snapping the floss against your gums. 8. Curve the floss around each tooth in a "C" shape and slide it up and down beneath the gum line. 9. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.

Recommended Frequency:

Brush your teeth with the toothbrush and Gingidex toothpaste twice daily, in the morning and evening. Floss once daily, preferably before bedtime.

Additional Tips:

For optimal oral hygiene, replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. Do not swallow the toothpaste. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your dentist. Store the travel kit in a cool, dry place.
