How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the Balene Gentle Adult Toothbrush. 2. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. 3. Gently brush back and forth in short strokes, covering all tooth surfaces. 4. Use the double-sided head to effectively clean the interproximal spaces (the areas between teeth). 5. Brush the tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 7. Rinse the toothbrush and store it upright in a clean, dry place.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, especially after meals and before bedtime.
