Directions for Use:

1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the Phb Interdental Angled toothbrush head.
2. Place the brush head at a 45-degree angle to your gum line.
3. Gently brush each tooth using small, circular motions, ensuring you reach all surfaces. 4. Pay particular attention to the interdental spaces (the areas between your teeth) where the angled brush head is designed to effectively reach.
5. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 7. Rinse your toothbrush and store it upright in a clean, dry place.

Recommended Frequency:

Brush your teeth with the Phb Interdental Angled toothbrush at least twice a day, for a minimum of two minutes each time, preferably in the morning and evening. It is also recommended to brush after meals if possible.

Additional Tips:

1. Replace your Phb Interdental Angled toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
2. For optimal oral health, use dental floss or interdental brushes daily to clean between your teeth where your toothbrush may not fully reach. 3.
