Directions for Use: 1. Measure out 15ml of PHB Total Mouthwash. 2. Rinse mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas. 3. Do not swallow the mouthwash. 4. Expel the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening, for optimal results.
Additional Tips: For best results, use after brushing with PHB toothpaste.
Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
For children under 6 years of age, consult a dentist or doctor.
