Directions for use: 1. Measure out 15ml of GUM Activital Mouthwash. 2. Rinse thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas of your mouth. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing and flossing, for optimal results.
