Directions for use: 1. Measure 10ml of Elmex Sensitivity Mouthwash. 2. Rinse thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas of your mouth. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Do not rinse with water after use.
Recommended frequency: Use twice daily after brushing your teeth, preferably in the morning and evening.
Additional tips: For optimal results, use Elmex Sensitivity Mouthwash in conjunction with Elmex Sensitive toothpaste.
