Directions for use: 1. Measure 10ml of Elmex Caries Mouthwash. 2. Rinse thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas of your mouth. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended frequency: Use twice daily after brushing, ideally in the morning and evening.
