Directions for Use: 1. Gently insert the GUM Bi-Direction Brush 0.9mm into the interdental space. Do not force the brush. If it doesn't fit easily, choose a smaller size.
2. Move the brush back and forth in a gentle sawing motion to remove plaque and debris. 3. Rinse the brush thoroughly under running water after each use. 4. Replace the brush when the filaments become worn or frayed.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing and flossing, to maintain optimal oral hygiene.
