The HALITA® tongue cleaner consists of two sides, one with a wavy profile, specially designed to fit the central depression of the tongue, and one with a smooth profile, designed to clean the sides of the tongue.

How to use: 1. Extend your tongue. 2. Place the Halita Tongue Cleaner on the back of your tongue. 3. Gently pull the cleaner forward, scraping away bacteria and debris. 4. Rinse the cleaner thoroughly with water. 5. Repeat steps 2-4 several times, using both the wavy side (for the center of the tongue) and the smooth side (for the sides of the tongue). 6. Rinse your mouth with water after use.
Recommended frequency: Use the Halita Tongue Cleaner twice daily, ideally after brushing and flossing, for optimal oral hygiene.
Additional tips: 1. Don't apply too much pressure, as this could irritate your tongue. 2. Replace your tongue cleaner every 3-4 months or sooner if it shows signs of wear. 3. For a more thorough clean, consider using a Halita mouthwash after tongue cleaning. 4. If you experience any discomfort or bleeding, discontinue use and consult your dentist or hygienist. 5.
