Directions for Use: 1. Cut approximately 45cm (18 inches) of Seda Soft Dental Floss. 2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 3-5cm (1-2 inch) section between them. 3. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers. 4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Avoid snapping the floss. 5. Curve the floss into a "C" shape against one tooth. 6. Slide the floss up and down the side of the tooth, going below the gum line. 7. Repeat this process for each tooth, using a fresh section of floss for each interdental space.
