Directions for Use:

1. Cut approximately 18 inches of Phb Dental Thread PTFE.
2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 1-2 inch section between them.
3. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers.
4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Avoid snapping the floss into your gums.
5. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth in a C-shape, sliding it up and down against the tooth surface.
6. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth, unwinding from one finger and winding onto the other as you progress.
7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after flossing.

Recommended Frequency:

For optimal oral health, use Phb Dental Thread PTFE at least once daily, preferably before bedtime.

Additional Tips:

1. Be gentle when flossing, especially around the gum line, to avoid irritation. 2. If you experience bleeding, it may be due to inflammation. Continue flossing regularly, and the bleeding should subside within a week or two. If bleeding persists, consult your dentist. 3. Don't be discouraged if flossing feels awkward at first. With practice, it will become easier and more comfortable. 4. For tight spaces between teeth, try using a gentle sawing motion to guide the floss through. 5. Using Phb Dental Thread PTFE in conjunction with regular brushing and rinsing with an antiseptic mouthwash will help maintain optimal oral hygiene.
