How to Use:

1. Cut approximately 45 cm (18 inches) of GUM Expanding Floss. 2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a few centimeters (about an inch) of floss between them. 3. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers. 4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth, sliding it down to the gumline. 5. Curve the floss around each tooth in a "C" shape. 6. Slide the floss up and down against the tooth surface, moving from the gumline to the chewing surface. Avoid snapping the floss against the gums. 7. Repeat this process for each tooth, using a fresh section of floss for each interdental space.
