Directions for Use: 1. Cut a piece of GUM Bluterweave Waxed Dental Floss approximately 45-50 cm in length. 2. Wrap the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 3-5 cm section to work with. 3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Avoid snapping the floss into your gums. 4. Curve the floss into a "C" shape against the side of each tooth. 5. Slide the floss up and down along the tooth surface, reaching below the gum line. 6. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth. 7. Discard the used floss properly.

Recommended Frequency: Use GUM Bluterweave Waxed Dental Floss at least once a day, preferably before bedtime, to remove plaque and food particles your toothbrush may miss.
