Align the new Oral-B iO Radiant White Replacement Head with the metal shaft of your Oral-B iO toothbrush handle. 3. Push the replacement head firmly onto the handle until it clicks into place, ensuring a secure fit. 4. Wet the bristles of the brush head. 5. Apply your preferred toothpaste to the brush head. 6. Place the brush head against your teeth and turn on your Oral-B iO toothbrush. 7.
