4. Replace the cap and lay the test stick flat. 5. Wait for the flashing symbol to appear. This signals that the test is working. 6. The 'Pregnant' or 'Not Pregnant' result will appear on the screen in 1 to 5 minutes. 7. A 'Pregnant' result may appear in under a minute if testing from the day of your expected period.

Recommended frequency: Test once from 6 days before your missed period (which is 5 days before your expected period).
If testing early, you should test first thing in the morning when your urine is most concentrated.
If you test negative before your missed period, test again when your period is due.
