Instructions for Use:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water and dry them completely. 2. Remove the cap of the Accu-Chek Softclix II lancing device. 3. Insert a new, sterile lancet into the lancing device. Follow the instructions provided with the lancets for proper insertion. 4. Adjust the puncture depth setting. A lower setting is recommended for thinner skin or for children. Start with the lowest setting and increase as needed. 5. Replace the cap of the lancing device. 6. Choose a puncture site on the side of your fingertip. Avoid the center of the fingertip, which is more sensitive. 7. Place the lancing device firmly against the chosen puncture site. 8. Press the release button to activate the lancing device. 9. Gently massage the fingertip to obtain the required blood sample. 10. After use, remove the lancet using the lancet ejector. Dispose of the used lancet safely in a sharps container. Do not reuse lancets.
