Instructions for Use:

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove the FastClix lancing device cap. 3. Insert a new Accu-Chek FastClix lancet drum into the device until it clicks into place. 4. Twist and remove the lancet drum’s protective cap. 5. Replace the lancing device cap. 6. Select your desired penetration depth using the side dial (1 being the shallowest and 11 the deepest). 7. Prime the device by pulling back and releasing the cocking control until you hear a click. 8. Place the lancing device firmly against the chosen fingertip and press the release button. 9. After use, remove the lancing device cap and carefully eject the used lancet by pressing the ejection button. 10. Dispose of the used lancet safely in a sharps container.

As needed for blood glucose testing as directed by your healthcare professional.

Always use a new lancet for each test to minimize pain and ensure hygienic practice.
Rotate your fingertip testing sites to avoid soreness.
Do not share your lancing device with others.
