Before any contact, place the rolled-up condom on the tip of the erect penis, with the rolled side facing outwards. If you are not circumcised, pull back the foreskin first.
Pinch the tip of the condom to squeeze out any air. This helps prevent breakage. While still pinching the tip, unroll the condom down the shaft of the penis until it reaches the base.
After intercourse, while the penis is still erect, hold the base of the condom firmly and withdraw from your partner. Carefully remove the condom, being careful not to spill any semen. Wrap the used condom in a tissue and dispose of it in a waste bin. Never flush condoms down the toilet.
