How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the Laselle. 2. Locate your pelvic floor muscles by trying to stop the flow of urine mid-stream (do not do this regularly as an exercise). 3. Choose the correct weight: Start with the lightest (28g) if you are unsure. 4. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the Laselle for easier insertion. 5. Insert the Laselle like a tampon, with the string remaining outside. 6. Contract your pelvic floor muscles to hold the Laselle in place. You should feel a gentle pull. 7. Continue with your daily activities. The Laselle will naturally encourage your pelvic floor muscles to contract throughout the day. 8. Remove the Laselle by gently pulling on the string. 9. Clean the Laselle with warm water and a mild, unscented soap. Allow it to air dry completely before storing.

Recommended frequency: Use the Laselle for 15 minutes twice a day. Gradually increase the duration and/or weight as your pelvic floor muscles strengthen. You may choose to use it for longer periods as you become more comfortable.
