Directions for Use:

1. For nasal hygiene: Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril.
2. Press the nozzle briefly to deliver a fine mist of solution. 3. Repeat in the other nostril. 4. Let the solution drain, then gently blow the nose. 5. For ear hygiene: Tilt the head to one side.
6. Gently insert the nozzle into the ear canal. 7. Press the nozzle briefly to deliver a fine mist of solution. 8. Keep the head tilted for a few seconds to allow the solution to work. 9. Repeat in the other ear if necessary. 10. Wipe away any excess solution with a clean tissue.

Recommended Frequency:

Use as needed for nasal and ear hygiene, typically 1-3 times per day. For infants and young children, it can be used daily to help maintain clear nasal passages.

Additional Tips:

1. For infants, lay the child down on their back with their head slightly tilted. 2. For older children, they can sit upright with their head slightly tilted. 3. Always use a gentle pressure when spraying the solution. 4. Avoid inserting the nozzle too deeply into the nostril or ear canal. 5. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. 6. Do not share the bottle with others to prevent contamination. 7. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 8. Discard any remaining solution after 3 months of opening.
