Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure your foot and ankle are clean and dry. 2. Position the brace so the heel is centered in the heel pocket. 3. Wrap the larger strap under the foot, across the top of the foot, and attach the fastener to the brace. 4. Wrap the smaller figure-8 strap around the ankle, starting on the inside of the ankle, crossing over the front, and attaching it to the brace. 5. Adjust the straps to achieve a snug but comfortable fit. Do not overtighten. 6. Ensure the brace does not restrict circulation.
